The Castel Serranova extravirgin olive oil is produced from premium olive varieties: ogliarola, cellina, frantoio, and leccino. At just the right moment of ripeness, they are shaken down or hand-picked, then carefully crushed in the press house, by means of a cold-extraction, continuous method press. The resulting extravirgin oil is elegant and harmonious, displaying intense, fruity flavours, and beautifully complements dishes featuring fish or vegetables.
