 The Azienda Iore estate is in the commune of San Pancrazio Salentino, in the province of Brindisi. It includes 40 hectares of vineyards, gently sloping down towards the Ionian Sea, planted predominantly to the negroamaro variety, with a small amount of malvasia nera, all in the Salice Salentino DOC denomination, which is Salento's main classification.
